Summary:
|
Title III, Part A allows us to provide intervention services for Immigrant and Limited English Proficient (LEP) students. The ESOL program is designed to identify and assess eligible students and provide instruction that most appropriately meets their linguistic and cultural needs. The ESOL program works collaboratively with school staffs to bring necessary services to Limited English Speakers and Immigrant students in order to meet the requirements and expectations of Virginia's Standards of Learning and federal AMO targets.
