Due to the age of our AP Calculus textbook (adopted 2005) and the APs update of curriculum, a math textbook adoption committee was formed to review and recommend a contemporary textbook. Attached are the documentation of the review process. This textbook will be available for public review for 30 days beginning Friday, February 10 and will come back for adoption/action on March 23, 2023. The committee and the Deputy Superintendent are recommending the adoption of Calculus for AP by Stewart and Kokoska, (2019) published by Cengage. This textbook was brought to the Board for information on February 9, 2023 and is being brought to the Board for adoption on April 13, 2023. |
