Summary:

Please find attached a summary of all cash donations, miscellaneous revenue and property donated to the Albemarle County Public Schools through the fourth quarter of the 2023-24 fiscal year. The back-up is also provided for all donations, miscellaneous revenue, and property received.
On July 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a streamlined appropriation process for anticipated School Fund revenue associated with miscellaneous grants, donations, and School Activity Funds. Funds will not be expended until the revenues are actually received. |

For the fourth quarter of the fiscal year, $721,801.26 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $721,801.26 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds.
Of the $440,000.00 that was appropriated for donations and miscellaneous revenue in the School Fund, a total of $1,043,693.94 has been accepted for the fiscal year. |
