Summary:

| Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (RWSA) demolished unused sewage storage basins on Lambs Lane near the Vehicle Maintenance Facility in Summer 2020. As a result of the demolition, a portion of property currently dedicated to Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority is no longer needed. In order to support the future replacement of the Albemarle-Berkeley Pump Station in the vicinity, a portion of the dedicated property will be retained by RWSA. |
