In February 2019, the School Board approved for Milestone to run electrical lines from Rte. 250 to the monopole at Western Albemarle High School. During the process, Milestone and Dominion Power discovered that a minor alteration of the approved plan was needed to connect power lines to an existing transformer. An addendum to the original agreement was approved in August 2019.
The attached addendum (Addendum 2) to the Milestone tower ground lease at WAHS is now being recommended for approval to permit an additional carrier to lease the space currently held by ACPS.
