Summary: Please find attached a summary of all cash donations, miscellaneous revenue and property donated to the Albemarle County Public Schools through the second quarter of the 2021-22 fiscal year. The back-up is also provided for all donations, miscellaneous revenue, and property received.

On July 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a streamlined appropriation process for anticipated School Fund revenue associated with miscellaneous grants, donations, and School Activity Funds. Funds will not be expended until the revenues are actually received.
Funding: For the first quarter of the fiscal year, $26,294.11 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $26,294.11 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds.

For the second quarter of the fiscal year, $57,936.62 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $57,936.62 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds.

Of the $400,000.00 that was appropriated for donations and miscellaneous revenue in the School Fund, a total of $84,230.73 has been accepted for the fiscal year.
Recommendation: Please accept all donations, property donations and miscellaneous revenue as property of the Albemarle County Public Schools.
