Summary:

Please find attached a summary of all cash donations, miscellaneous revenue and property donated to the Albemarle County Public Schools through the first quarter of the 2022-23 fiscal year. The back-up is also provided for all donations, miscellaneous revenue, and property received.
On July 11, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved a streamlined appropriation process for anticipated School Fund revenue associated with miscellaneous grants, donations, and School Activity Funds. Funds will not be expended until the revenues are actually received.
For the 1st quarter of the fiscal year, $177,881.82 has been accepted in donations and miscellaneous revenues with $177,881.82 accepted by the School Fund and $0.00 accepted by the Special Revenue Funds
