Summary: Contract negotiations are underway for the improvements and cafeteria addition at Mountain View Elementary. As required by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ), the project will purchase 1.98 pounds of phosphorous offset credits from the Rivanna River Nutrient Offset Credit Bank to meet the annual nutrient control requirement. The total amount of the purchase is $24,750.00.

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the School Board approve the agreement.
