Summary:

The Virginia Department of Education requires that school boards authorize persons to sign documents, reports, and official correspondence in the absence of the Superintendent.
The Superintendent recommends that Dr. Clare Keiser, Dr. Patrick McLaughlin, Dr. Daphne Keiser, and Ms. Rosalyn Schmitt be designated to sign official documents on his behalf. The Department of Education must be notified of such Board action and the authorized signature must be on file as a prerequisite to processing reimbursements and other official correspondence.
