Summary:

Staff will provide updates and recommendations for the FY 26-30 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
The purpose of the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee (LRPAC) is to inform and advise the Superintendent and School Board in the development of comprehensive, long-term plans for facilities needs in the most effective and efficient way and in support of the School Division’s Strategic Plan. The last comprehensive LRPAC report was provided in October 2023 and the School Board approved a revised recommendation in November 2023. Updates to the 2023 report will be provided as well as updates to Ongoing/Maintenance Programs.
